1. Who we are
This website is operated by PJD Digital Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 84 669 033 872), trading as Uppercut Digital. “SEO for Dentists” is a trading brand of Uppercut Digital. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PJD Digital Enterprises Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person or business using this website or engaging our services.

By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or engage us.
Where you have signed a separate services agreement, proposal or scope of work with us, that document prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
We provide digital marketing services to dental practices, including search engine optimisation, Google Ads management, social media advertising, content production, website work, analytics and reporting, and related consulting.
The specific services, deliverables, fees and term applying to you are set out in your service agreement or proposal. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; it is an invitation to enquire.
To deliver the services we need your cooperation. You agree to:
- provide accurate, complete and current information about your practice;
- give us timely access to the accounts and platforms we need, website, hosting, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, analytics and social accounts;
- respond to requests for feedback and approvals within a reasonable time;
- ensure any material you supply to us (text, images, logos, patient-facing content) does not infringe another party’s rights and is lawful to publish; and
- tell us promptly if anything material about your practice changes, locations, practitioners, services offered, or registration status.
Where a delay in your cooperation affects a timeline or a result, that delay is excluded from any period measured under clause 5.
We advertise a performance guarantee: if we do not beat your agreed marketing results within 90 days of campaigns going live, you do not pay our fees for the following period until we do. That guarantee is offered on the following basis, which we will confirm with you in writing before any engagement begins.
- An agreed baseline. Before work starts we agree, in writing, the specific metrics being measured and their current values, ordinarily booked appointments attributable to organic and paid search, tracked calls, and form enquiries. Sources are Google Search Console, Google Ads and call tracking, not a dashboard we alone control.
- What the guarantee covers. It covers our service fees only. It does not cover advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google or Meta, which is payable regardless.
- What it assumes. That you meet your obligations under clause 4, including access, timely approvals, and a practice able to answer enquiries and take bookings during ordinary business hours.
- Who it is available to. We offer the guarantee only where we assess that a practice is in a position to benefit. We will tell you before we begin if we do not think that is the case.
We do not guarantee search rankings. Search engine results are controlled by third parties whose algorithms change without notice, and no provider can honestly promise a specific position. Any provider who does is telling you something about how they intend to report on their own work.
The guarantee as it appears on our homepage is summarised there for readability; this clause governs.
Fees are set out in your service agreement and are invoiced in accordance with it. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period shown on the invoice.
Late payments may incur a discretionary interest charge, and we may suspend services while an account remains overdue. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Advertising spend billed by third-party platforms is separate from our fees.
We retain ownership of the methods, processes, templates, tools and know-how we use to deliver the services, and of any work product, until your account is paid in full.
On full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables produced for you for your own business purposes. Material you supply to us remains yours, and you grant us the licence we need to use it to deliver the services.
Website content, design and code on this site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
Our dental clients are regulated advertisers. Advertising a regulated health service in Australia is governed by the National Law and AHPRA’s advertising guidelines, which restrict the use of testimonials, claims of superiority, statements creating unrealistic expectations, and misleading offers.
We write and configure campaigns with those rules in mind, and we will tell you if something you ask us to publish appears to us to carry compliance risk. However, you remain the advertiser and the registered practitioner or practice responsible for the advertising. You are responsible for the final approval of material published in your name, and we are not liable for regulatory action arising from material you approve or supply.
We may decline to publish material we consider non-compliant.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, seasonality, your pricing and availability, the condition of your website and premises, and how enquiries are handled by your team once we generate them.
Other than the guarantee in clause 5, and other than the consumer guarantees described in clause 10, we make no representation or warranty about specific traffic volumes, enquiry volumes, rankings, revenue or profitability.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our services come with a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, and we fail to meet it, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law:
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the liability; and
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data.
We do not use lock-in contracts for our ongoing retainers. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by giving 30 days’ written notice.
Either party may terminate immediately if the other commits a material breach and does not remedy it within 14 days of written notice. Where you have agreed to a fixed term or a project scope, you remain liable for the balance of that term or scope.
On termination you must pay for all services delivered up to the termination date. We will return or transfer account access and, on request, provide the deliverables you have paid for.
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law or to professional advisers bound by equivalent obligations.
We may refer to you as a client and describe the work we have done in general terms unless you tell us in writing that you would prefer we did not. We will not publish patient information or testimonials about clinical care.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We take care to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted, and content may change without notice.
Information published here, including guides, benchmarks and pricing ranges, is general information about digital marketing. It is not advice tailored to your practice, and it is not legal, financial or regulatory advice. You should obtain your own advice before acting on it.
We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and changes take effect when published. The version below was last updated on 20 August 2026. Where a change materially affects an existing engagement we will tell you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
